Starting over.

So, a couple weeks ago, I said that I would keep you updated on my progress with LiveFit. Sadly, life, as it tends to, got in the way. I'm starting again tomorrow. I'm also going to get up early to go to the gym so I can't talk myself out of it. Wise words from my friend, Kaity, an avid runner.

I've got a work out buddy in my friend, Emily, and we're going to text when we've finished a workout. She also suggested a bet, where we don't eat fast food for two weeks. I think that it's actually doable. But, my first order of business it to just finish this week, getting up early to work out. Speaking of. Need to fix my smoothie for energy before my workout.

Also need to make my lunch (which, involves making sure everything is put in a bag, grab n' go). I'll let you know how it goes.

  1. Committing to a work out routine is hard. One of the best things you can do is find small ways to make working out fun. I suggest a high-energy playlist- it helps with rhythm and takes out the monotony of a workout.
