So, last week, I said I wouldn't let the boys at the gym intimidate me.
This week, they intimidate me.
Don't get me wrong. I got in, finished my workout and left, but I'm generally shy around strangers anyway. Make those strangers buff when I'm trying to actually GET into shape and I turn into a mess. At least on the inside.
I didn't go to the gym yesterday, so I'm determined to go tomorrow, Thursday and Friday, since my schedule allows for it this week. Next week (The week I go to Missouri on "Vacation"), I have to get in five days. We shall see what happens. Crazy busy, but it'll be good to see my friends again.
I don't get it. I was so psyched to start last week and this week I'm all Meh. Whatevs. Maybe it happens to everyone when starting a new routine.
If anyone has any idea why this happens, PLEASE leave me a message. Maybe I was just bummed because I gained 1.01 this week (which I'm claiming as muscle). Scales lie. I'm leaving it alone until the end of phase 1.
